Ingredients

2 cups dark or milk chocolate (or half and half)
½ cup butter
¼ cup golden syrup
2 ¼ cups Nutworks shortbread, crushed
3 cups mini marshmallows
2/3 cup Nutworks Macadamias
¼ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup desiccated coconut

Method

In a large bowl over a double boiler, melt the chocolate, golden syrup and butter.
Stir until fully melted and smooth.
Add the remainder of the ingredients into the chocolate mixture, and stir to coat everything evenly.
Transfer to a lined 20 cm x 20 cm pan and add mixture, top with desiccated coconut
Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
Remove from pan and cut into squares, enjoy!
