Triple choc macadamia brownie


  • 250g dark chocolate (70%+ cocoa content)
  • ½ cup Nutworks raw macadamias, chopped
  • 200g unsalted butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 275g caster sugar
  • 100g plain flour
  • 50g cocoa powder
  • 120g Cadbury white chocolate, cut into chunks
  • 120g Cadbury milk chocolate, cut into chunks
  • 120g Old Gold dark chocolate, cut into chunks


  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a bowl, melt butter and 250g dark chocolate together.
  3. In a second bowl, beat eggs and caster sugar together.
  4. Add butter and chocolate into second bowl.
  5. Sift in flour and cocoa.
  6. Add in white, milk and dark chocolate chunks and macadamias.
  7. Pour into lined tin and bake for 30-40 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool and transfer onto a plate.
