No-bake florentine


  • 1 ½ cups dark melting chocolate
  • 1 ½ cups Nutworks macadamia muesli
  • ¾ cup dried cranberries
  • ¾ cup cornflakes
  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil


  1. Melt the dark chocolate and spoon two tablespoons into six portions on a large baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
  2. Spread each portion into shape slightly with the back of a spoon.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together all other ingredients and spoon two tablespoons of the mixture into each chocolate circle. Press the mixture into the chocolate.
  4. Place the tray into the refrigerator to set.
