

Macadamia Mustard Crumbed Chicken
Delicious Crumbed Chicken with a Macadamia Twist

Ingredients
4 Chicken thighs1½ cups Macadamia meal
4 tblspn Stotts Macadamia Mustard
4 tblspn Macadamia Honey
Method
1. Combine the mustard and honey.2. Coat the chicken thighs liberally with the mixture.
3. Roll the coated chicken thighs in macadamia meal.
4. Bake the well covered chicken thighs on 180degreesC for 12 minutes.
5. Turn the chicken thighs and cook for a further 13 minutes.
Serve with a crisp garden salad with Stotts mango, lime and chilli dressing.
