Macadamia & Date Scones
Delicious easy scones perfect for any occasion....

- COOK TIME 20-30mins
- DIFFICULTY Easy
1. Place all ingredients in a bowl, starting with the dry ingredients
2. Fold the ingredients together.
3. Flour bench and tip mixture out. With your hands bring mixture together and flatten into a disk 4-5cm thick
4. With a cup cut out the desired circle
5. Place on a greased tray, each scone next to each other
6. Cook in a moderate oven (180 degrees) for 20-30mins or until golden brown and cooked through
7. Serve with butter or jam and cream
