Nutworks New Viewing Area

Nutworks New Viewing Area

Nutworks NEW viewing area- free family fun these School Holidays!

Are you looking for a free morning or afternoon out and a fun local visit for the kids? Then the Sunshine Coast’s own macadamia processing and chocolate factory- Nutworks is the perfect visit!

Retail manager Nicole Keoghan said the NEW viewing area is interactive and colourful with fun activity sheets and cool stickers offered to the all children. The activity sheets introduce some of our Australian animals that are nestled in the new viewing area- meet Sam the Platypus, try to find Cody the Lizard, Duke the koala and Missy the Kangaroo just to name a few!

Come and observe the macadamia processing factory, the chocolate room and roasting room in action. You can see a video on how the macadamia nuts are harvested from local farms and check out how they are transformed into unique products in our retail shop.

In the retail shop there are over ten types of flavoured macadamias with FREE taste testing available, unique chocolate treats and handmade confectionery made on-site every weekday by in-house chocolatiers and confectioners, as well as a café for Mums to relax. Keep a look out for macadamia factory specials too! Colouring sheets and pencils for the kids will be available to make an inexpensive and enjoyable morning or afternoon out.

If you haven’t popped into Nutworks lately, call into Yandina and check us out! All nuts welcome!
